Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products in the following category are NOT eligible for returns and replacement:

• Diabetes
• Home Devices (under any category): Diabetes, Hypertension etc
• Personal Care: Adult Diapers, Baby Diapers, Women hygiene products (sanitary napkins, tampons, panty liners)
• Disposables, Surgical Dressings, Supports, Braces and Fracture Aids, Pregnancy Support
• Bathroom Support such as commode chairs, urinals, bed pans

No return or replacement will be given in case; products are damaged and rendered un – saleable due to:

• Misuse, Malfunction and Damage due to misuse/inappropriate use of product
• For devices, electrical issues such as damage due to electrical spikes, voltage instability etc which are not related manufacturing
• Consumable items related to the product have been used/installed/damaged
• Missing serial numbers/product details/product use information/invoice that accompanies products
• Damage/malfunctions of products not covered under manufacturer’s warranty
• Replacements are always subject to availability of products.

Decision on refund or exchange/replacement of sold products is entirely on discretion of management and on a best effort basis only

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:

Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable and have been specified above: such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.
